![]() Unfortunately, something went wrong with the circlet and the ruins started to crumble (possibly due to Jill and these new powers) with burning liquid gold filling the place, and so Rowan took Jill and escaped, while their friend got left behind (because Rowan couldn’t save him) to die a very horrible death. This is because years ago, they, along with a childhood friend of theirs, went traveling to these ruins, finding the bangles, swords, and a circlet. As it turns out (and as I’ve already said I suppose) these two are exes and have not spoken nor seen each other for around 18 years. We meet her because due to the weirdness of the world right now, she basically got glitched out and ended up on land instead of her island, where she meets the rest of the party.Īnyways back to plot, so he joins the party late in the game, and when Jill finally meets up with them the two have a very awkward meeting. Also she’s like 9 feet tall and on the smaller side of angels, they range from like 9 to 12 or 15 feet tall. Also she has three eyes, and the reason her eyes are always closed is because the Angels have eye lasers. They’re all supposed to look like those angel statues, as you can see with Bell. The angels live on a floating island in the sky created by the Magi, and since their rebellion they’ve been living up there, hiding from everyone else while watching what goes on in the rest of the world. ![]() The angels also led a rebellion, inspired by the demons, but this time much bloodier (think American Revolution versus the French Revolution) and being more out of desperation to survive rather than ideals. ![]() Thus, they are in a constant state of misery. Unfortunately there was a flaw in making them, namely that while they may only be able to express happiness, they still feel all other emotions, but are now unable to express them. With Angels they decided that they wanted to make them only happy, not out of any kindness or anything, but because if they only knew happiness, they would always be complacent and hence, never rebel. Angels in this world were robots created by the Magi after the Demons rebelled to replace them. She’s an Angel, something I created for this hypothetical game. Also she has lightning powers, hence the name Juno, aka Hera, who is the wife of Zeus, god of stormsĪlright, now let’s move on to Bell. Lorraine was a former human general who taught Juno for a decade or two because she was basically out of control as a child and would frequently set things on fire, and her father had just taken on the role of ruler, so Lorraine offered to mentor her for a while, and over time Juno grew to really respect her, and bases her methods off of her. She’s very excited about fighting, and just wants to do a good job, which she got from her mentor, Lorraine, whom I also have plenty about if you want me to tell you sometime. Also the concept of family is very open here, hence her and Jovi being siblings despite not actually being related and having their own biological families. Her father does run the kingdom, however she isn’t next in line to rule, it runs on more of a system of who’s the best fit for the job than bloodlines. She works as a soldier/guard in the Demon homeland, which is currently a bunch of islands. I got inspiration for her from a dream I had, thinking of this demon princess with an epée, and so I made her. Next let’s talk about Juno, aka the first character here that I made way back in February (I can post her page here if you want). For weapons I’d say he has a sword like the rest of the protagonists, but he also has a gun for long range attack, just because I thought it was neat ![]() I’m also giving him a red color scheme because Clink was green and Kuro was blue, so I wanted to complete the trifecta by making him red. I gave him black hair because Clink (Evoland 1) had blonde hair, and Kuro (Evoland 2) had red hair, so I just went down the line to black. Also, he’s constantly wearing his goggles I’d say the only time we see him without goggles is the very beginning of the game, and right before you get to control him, you get a little animation of him pulling down his goggles, and then it just stays like that the rest of the game. He talks very rarely, and when he does it’s like, a couple of words to get his point across. He’s a very dramatic character in his movements, and he’s constantly trying to make gadgets and show them off. Amonne is just an anagram of “no name” bc I couldn’t figure out a name for him). (Note, I called him that because I legitimately do not know what to call him. First let’s start with our player character, Amonne. ![]()
